High Pressure Laminates

High-pressure laminates, on the other hand, are manufactured using resin impregnated cellulose layers which are consolidated. They comprise of many layers of great quality Kraft paper and attractive paper which are melamine resin-treated, then covered with overlay. They are pasted with glue and then pressed to the MDF board by the cold press laminating process. They are manufactured at a pressure of approximately 1000 psi -1500 psi and temperature of 280F- 320F. The resultant durability improves the performance of high-pressure laminates.
